Thrive: The Fruit of Resiliency

April 19, 2021

It’s such a humbling experience to write something and then get it rejected. Only for you to re-write a better piece. Here is my piece with Citizens of Soil and Nudo Adopt for Thrive Global.

Travelling with eyes wide open – A collection of thoughts

May 26, 2019

Here is the piece I wrote about my whirlwind trip to Israel in April. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to travel with the Bnai Zion Foundation and summarized it in this Thrive Global article.

Interview with Authority Magazine

February 27, 2019

I did this interview a while back and had no idea it went live on both Medium and Thrive Global. I re-read the piece and I thought, gosh that girl sounds awfully wise!

#aboutlastweekend Birthday Brunch times @thevictor #aboutlastweekend Birthday Brunch times @thevictorvancouver . Nothing like 29 friends to celebrate on the 29th. Amazing @dineoutvanfest menu, service with a smile, a #mimosabar - really what more could I ask for in a celebration? Additional thanks to @meltconfectionary who helped create functional (and yummy) place card holders. Thank you to those who came out and celebrated with me! It was a bday repeat - from the outfit (@zara find from 5 years ago for $60. Also known as my TV dress) to the venue (birthday dinner was at the Victor in 2020). The best repeat though has to be my great friends who have been celebrating with me for years. Frankly, I wouldn’t have it any other way 🥰 📸 taken by @ariannacruzs
I can’t believe #christmas is here! Wishing you I can’t believe #christmas is here! Wishing you all the fun, food with friends and family (how’s that for alliteration?). Nothing beats some great catch ups though and I’m looking forward to spending more time with more people soon. That being said, I’m also really loving my quiet book reading time too. Wishing to all the best for the holiday season and that gratitude/love fills you up and throughout the year ahead.
#aboutlastlastnight I finally got to @archerdining #aboutlastlastnight I finally got to @archerdining and the food was phenomenal. The room was gorgeous. I’m really loving that pistachio decor. It’s too bad the HVAC was broken and so we were frozen. I really hope they got it fixed soon.

After this photo was taken, I put my scarf back on and as the night went on, more people started coming in - but no one was leaving. It probably helped that the food was delicious. That’s the wonderful thing about great friends. It doesn’t matter on the conditions, as long as your with great company. Before we knew it, we had spent 5 hours with each other! Hope your enjoying your holiday so far. It’s so chilly here🥶
