Thrive: The Fruit of Resiliency

April 19, 2021

It’s such a humbling experience to write something and then get it rejected. Only for you to re-write a better piece. Here is my piece with Citizens of Soil and Nudo Adopt for Thrive Global.

Travelling with eyes wide open – A collection of thoughts

May 26, 2019

Here is the piece I wrote about my whirlwind trip to Israel in April. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to travel with the Bnai Zion Foundation and summarized it in this Thrive Global article.

Interview with Authority Magazine

February 27, 2019

I did this interview a while back and had no idea it went live on both Medium and Thrive Global. I re-read the piece and I thought, gosh that girl sounds awfully wise!

World Cup Maxxing! One last look at the #FIFA ball World Cup Maxxing! One last look at the #FIFA ball in Vancouver, before the round of 16 game of @swissnatimen vs @fcfseleccioncol concludes the city’s cohosting duties. Did you catch that 🇪🇬 and 🇦🇷game tho? WOW.

There is something to be said about live sports. There is something to be said about live sports.

The joy and heartbreak unfold in real time, shared by thousands of strangers who, for a few hours, are united by the same hope. Thursday’s match between @swissnatimen and @lesverts.faf was a reminder that every team arrives carrying the dreams of a nation.

And then there’s the privilege of watching Vancouver welcome the world—even in the rain 🌧️

While @canmnt ‘s World Cup journey came to an end sooner than we had hoped, the team gave supporters plenty to be proud of and proved they belonged on football’s biggest stage.

Grateful to have witnessed a small part of this global celebration of sport. ⚽️🌎🇨🇦

Who do you think will win?

Confession: I don’t usually stay in Airbnbs. But e Confession: I don’t usually stay in Airbnbs.
But every now and then, location wins.
During my time in Florence (Throwback to 2019), my friend Kathy handled the accommodation booking and chose an apartment just steps from the Duomo. It turned out to be one of the best location decisions of the trip.

Before the city had fully awakened, I could step outside and find myself surrounded by centuries of history, Renaissance architecture, and one of Italy’s most iconic landmarks.

Sometimes luxury isn’t about a hotel spa or turn-down service. Sometimes it’s about opening your front door and finding Florence at your doorstep. One of the best locations I’ve ever stayed in. 🇮🇹✨
