From watching my first musical in forever (@andjulietbway and visiting @museumofbroadway and @risenyofficial @edgenyc @hudsonyards was breathtaking. Maybe it was the sunset, maybe it was the fact that the new neighbourhood had few of my favourite things (@shakeshack and @magnoliabakery ) or maybe I found it was a really great spot to take it all in. Definitely three fun activities to check out; whether you’re a first time traveller or a regular to NYC. The FOOD: In the city that never sleeps, you have The FOOD: In the city that never sleeps, you have no fear of going hungry. After all, it’s not called the Big Apple 🍎 for nothing. Every time I’m in the city there’s always somewhere new to check out, and sometimes, if you are lucky they have multiple locations. Such is the case for @islaandco It’s Australian food - fresh, seasonal, uncomplicated and yummy. My meal included the following: Kangaroo Tucker Kangaroo, herbed tahini, marinated cucumbers, pickled onions, fried lentils Crispy Halloumi almond romesco, honey, spanish dukkah Braised Lamb Shoulder Swiss chard, crispy fingerlings, labneh, zhoug with an Espresso Martini vodka, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso which perked me up for the Musical I was about to watch. The one I visited is located @hotelhendricksny in Midtown. Other locations include #Brooklyn, #CT, #Dallas West Palm Beach and #Atlanta. It was great to see what was in store for the upcoming Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter seasons. Loving this oversized leather jacket and this menthol green handbag with gold hardware.
