I’m in Paris right now. After my little birthday dinner (Chicha) celebration i skipped town and i am jet lagged writing this post. Stay tuned for the adventures of Elena and her romp around the city of love and light. Many fun things planned! Enjoy!

Here you go. 😀 It was so picturesque, that the photos look like they could have been oil painted. We did a short hike out to the @adlersparesorts other property, ADLER Lodge ALPE with regulars, Lara and Marco. We had quick tour of ALPE, which includes 30 guest rooms (18 junior suites and 12 chalets), a gym, a spa and an extensive indoor/outdoor activity schedule for guests. After the tour, we had lovely lunch with a menu curated by Chef Denny Mair focussing on local South Tyrol produce. This, in addition to the many sauna/steam rooms, each with their own flavour. There is definitely something for everyone. We had the great opportunity of indulging in two spa treatments during our stay. The first was the Adler Body Silhouette, it’s a body mask to stimulate the production of collagen and improve tissue tone. The second treatment, was #Cryotherapy. Very popular with athletes, benefits include anti-inflammatory and muscle regeneration. You simply stand in the Cryo Box therapy chamber for three minutes and are exposed to the dry cold temperature of -160°C. 🥶 There are plenty of lounges with indoor and outdoor fire pits, designed to take relaxation and recovery to a whole new level.
