@audeummuseum is an hour away from central Seoul w @audeummuseum is an hour away from central Seoul which explores the world of sound. The pièce de résistance is the large Mortier organ which was built over 100 years ago. This sits in the room with over 100,000 LPs. Such a beautiful space to explore.

If you’re curious on the lasers that were used d If you’re curious on the lasers that were used during my lifting and tightening treatment @lamicheglobal_official - here is a list:

Fraxel Dual - improves double chin and scarring
Thermage - shrinks pores and helps produce collagen
BBL - tightens skin
Ulthera - regeneration of collagen and tackles saggy skin
Inmode - face remodeling of double chin and jowls
New Accolade - pigmentation
Excel V - pigmentation

The Skin and Pore Botox were for skin lifting and line shaping.

My appointment started at 11:30pm and I was out of there by 2:30pm. Just in time to head back to my hotel and start packing to go home 😢.

You can see two weeks post treatment - the redness is gone, I have a well-defined jawline and smooth texture all around.

Thank you, Lamiche!

I initially was not interested in going to the DMZ I initially was not interested in going to the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), but so glad I changed my mind. Our guide was extremely passionate and wanted us to be grateful for our freedom. The reality of the situation was so heartbreaking and emotional. 😢

Our guide told us about her grandma who reunited with her son after ~ 50 years after through a government lottery system to reunite family members across Korea. Her son was taken from her when he was about 10 years old they had 11 hours together to catch up. Shortly after that reunion, her grandma passed away. 💔

At Imjingak (7 km from the Military Demarkation Line) we saw:
* The Peace Bell
* A memorial to young Korean women who were victims of the Japanese military’s wartime SA known as Comfort Women. There are only five or six original Korean comfort women left.
* The “Bridge of Freedom” (also known as the Imjingak Dokgae Bridge) A former railroad bridge on the Imjin River that was used for changing POWs after the Korean War.

Then we walked into the 3rd tunnel. This is one of 4 N Korean tunnels that were discovered, with the help of the engineer who built them. The tunnel height is probably 5”4.

South Korean military has resumed loudspeaker broadcasts directed at N Korea as a form of psychological warfare, in response to N Korea’s sending trash balloons across the border. These loudspeakers are strategically placed to reach areas within North Korea. Part of the Dora Observatory was closed as there were threats to shoot anyone they could see. Outside the building you can hear faint music/content coming from the speakers (it’s that loud/and we are that close). Would you visit the DMZ?
