Finally made it to #PowellRiver last weekend. Afte Finally made it to #PowellRiver last weekend. After planning with @sashagibson66 for almost a month and hopping on a @harbourair flight on Friday morning, we surprised Ayron (@ayronhowey) and Melissa for a long weekend of chats and chews. Throw in some workouts, tequila (made by yours truly in Tequila, Mexico @mundo_cuervo) and whisky tasting. Add some @superchargerpizza sampling, games of Sequence, forest walks, farmers market, and two ocean dips - we both left Sunday night with full hearts and bellies.

Two weeks ago I was in Jackson Hole, WY and I was Two weeks ago I was in Jackson Hole, WY and I was psyched to check out what the mountain resort had to offer in the summer time. From the moment our group came together, we were on the go. First, we climbed two new routes on the Via Ferrata, then biked to the neighbouring town Wilson to visit @tetongravity studios and finally waking up the next morning for some tandem #Paragliding with @jacksonholeparagliding We somehow found the time to hit the Chill Spa @hotelterra and take a mini trip to @persephonebakery in the town. Thanks so much to the team @meteorite_pr @jacksonhole @jacksonholeparagliding @tetongravity @hotelterra @handlebarjh @fsjacksonhole @tetonlodge and @steph331 for being my photographer for the weekend and all around great plus one.
