Hanok, Haegeum & Healing We stayed at Hanok @391 Hanok, Haegeum & Healing We stayed at Hanok @3917majung_official in Naju, a traditional Korean house that was also a filming location for the K-drama Nevertheless (알고있지만,). In the hanok courtyard, we enjoyed a beautiful Haegeum performance by @hangyeolhu . The Haegeum is a traditional Korean two-stringed bowed instrument with a wonderfully expressive sound. We then headed to Bitgaram Healing Forest for a forest-bathing walk, tea meditation and a hands-on aromatherapy workshop, where we made our own roll-ons. __________ #Najutravel #HanokStay #Haegeum #TheLoveList#KoreanWellness
On this Canadian Thanksgiving weekend - A reminder On this Canadian Thanksgiving weekend - A reminder that sometimes, you don’t need to do more. You just need to be. ❤️ At Mulmaji Healing Forest in Muan, we walked barefoot on clay, meditated to the sound of singing bowls, and experienced a warming stone treatment for the lower body, followed by tea. But my favourite moment?
